I have wanted to be a life coach since I was just 19. Being that there are not alot of people wanted to let a 19 year old tell them how to run their life, I let that dream sail as I finished my college career. I worked in a fun social media marketing agency for 3 years, but just didn’t feel like I was making an impact. The work I get to do now is so very fulfilling and energizing. Getting creative in different ways to help clients lose weight and take back control of their life has been a dream of mine that I finally get to live. It nourishes my soul, and I want to share that energy, passion and excitement with you!

Posing is so much more of an art than a science. I work with your physique to find the best poses that flatter your assets. I am also an advocate for pre and post posing routines to help ensure your posture stays on point during prep and help to correct or prevent anterior pelvic tilt.

Hair & Makeup
I started doing hair and makeup for my entire dance team in high school and always had fun experimenting with my own hair and makeup. I really became obsessed with makeup when I was on contest prep and watched hour of makeup videos on YouTube! The cost of competing can be incredibly high and as a competitor, this means a lot to me. I love doing hair and makeup and I love making the fitness industry a little more affordable to those in it! I have limited spots per show in order to keep it a passion for me. I LOVE connecting with the girls in the chair, hearing how their prep was, just listening to their story! I love the connection that it can bread and that’s why I keep the number of clients low.
